IMMIGEX is responsible for personal information collected through the IMMIGEX pre-launch waitlist.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at privacy@immigex.com.
When you join the IMMIGEX waitlist, we collect your email address and information used to record your consent, including the date and time of consent, consent version and method of consent.
We may also retain basic operational information generated by the services used to host and secure the website.
We use your information to manage the pre-launch waitlist and, where you have actively agreed, to send you IMMIGEX launch announcements, early-access information and product updates by email.
We rely on your consent to send waitlist, launch, early-access and product-update emails.
If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information necessary to record your opt-out and ensure that we do not send further marketing emails to you.
We may use trusted service providers to host the website, secure our systems, store waitlist information and deliver emails on our behalf.
Our current waitlist database infrastructure is provided through Supabase. We do not sell your personal information.
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism.
We keep your waitlist information while the pre-launch waitlist remains active or until you withdraw your consent.
If you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record where necessary so that your preference can continue to be respected.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you.
You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving IMMIGEX marketing emails at any time.
If you are unhappy with how we use your personal information, please contact us first so we can investigate.
You also have the right to raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
This notice applies specifically to the IMMIGEX pre-launch waitlist. We will replace or expand it before the full IMMIGEX platform launches if our processing activities change.
